Make the recharge 30

All atributes are turned to 9

and change the cost per proffesion

Warriors : 10 adrenaline to turn into a bear
Rangers : 25 energy cuts x Expertise
Casters : 25 energy
Sins : 10 Energy only after a dual attack
Dervishes :10 energy only if they have more then 3 enchantments
Paragons : 15 energy while they are under affect of a shout or chant

Just my view on how to make Ursan more viable

yet another ursan thread,i disagree with your way of changing it,u basicly change the way it costs for each profesion,what is the point of that?The cost is fine as it is now,any profesion can afford 10 energy,all attributes at 9 is kinda useless to since u also lose stances,enchantments and such when u activate the skill,and recharge at 30 only means less downtime,where ursan was truly powerful due to : perma upkeep,spamable 75-75 armor ignoring dmg, aoe kd+weakness and perma 33%ims,while also being able to use echos and stances before using [ursan blessing]
My advice ,ursan is dead keep it that way if u want to make it viable Imo remove the elite status of the skill it already uses a pve only skill slot,and it aint that elite anymore

So basically you want to make 10 different versions of this skill? Some skill descriptions confuse people as it is, this is just overkill.

New Ursan is pretty much perfect the way it is, usable if you really still want to but not completely retarded.

I think Ursan is fine as it is, and like zelgadissan said this could confuse people more on the skill description. I don't really see the point in doing like 10 different versions imo =S

For ursan to be balanced it would have to be an avatar effect with no associated skill bar. ie, make ursan something like give some armor and increase damage by 5 per attack or whatever numbers/buffs that would make it worthwhile as an elite pve-only skill.

Same for the other blessings.

Make it viable for pug's to play, but not too overpowered as to outshine other builds.

*Perhaps Lots of armor but lessen up on the uber KD & half-armor ignoring damage?*

ursan is pretty worthless. and now its only used by people who cant make better builds... as many guru users that hate ursan a TON of players left with it and it made PUGing fun. they should have just made both the strikes slashing damage and the AoE and KD should be single target.

Ursan should be permanently maintainable like it was before, but instead of all the skills you used to have, it turns you into a bear and all you can do is brutal mauling. And heal spells only heal for 50%. And you can't wear any armor, or use any weapon, because you're a bear. And you like pic-a-nic baskets. MMMM.

Ursan it's now almost exactly how it should have been from the start. There is no real need to meddle with its attributes and numbers again.

It would have been nice to turn into a black bear or at least have some kind of aura showing you are under bear form, though. For example, a 'ghostly' form could be outside the real human body, showing the body inside.

The only viable change to Ursan is to restore it to pre-nerf times. If that's not what ANet wants with it then it better stays dead. There is enough choice in skills anyways.
